I’ve been seeing Jen (Naturopath) for a few months now, and from my first appointment I finally felt like I had a trusted professional in my corner. She worked with my GP to request tests based on my symptoms, genuinely listened, helped understand results and helped me advocate for my own healthcare. Jen is calm, approachable, and incredibly supportive. I’m so grateful for her and for the positive health outcomes I’ve experienced—especially after struggling to find solutions with traditional medical practitioners. Highly recommend. Additional: I’ve been seeing Jasmine (Acupuncturist) for several months to help restore balance, and she has been wonderful. She’s warm, empathetic, and genuinely kind, creating an environment where you feel immediately at ease. I always look forward to my appointments and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Very happy with my recent appointment with Glenn Strutt - the Osteopath at Brisbane Livewell Clinic Cannon Hill. Glenn is professional and helpful and I felt confident in his knowledge and experience as an Osteopath to support my reason for the visit. Glenn is an easy listener and conversationalist! We had comfortable chat through the appointment and Glenn threw in explanations why he was doing particular techniques as he went - which I think is awesome for building patient confidence in his practice. He repetitively made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. At the end, Glenn provided further information to take away so I could work on my recovery between the follow-up appointment.
